ORAL DEFENSE SCHEDULE: Septemeber 28-29, 2018

REQUIREMENTS:

      1. 5 copies of completed ACM formatted manuscript (LATEX)
      2. Accomplished Consultation Logs with Adviser's Signature
      3. Technical Editor/Censor's Certificate
      4. Accomplished Oral Defense Hearing Notice
      5. Panel Honoraria Form (Form 10)
      6. 1 copy of the complete manuscript with Censor and Adviser's signatures

DEADLINE OF REQUIREMENTS: September 20, 2018.

FAILURE TO COMPLY will be disqualified for the final oral defense.
